Biography

Robin Love graduated in the top six percent of her law class while attending Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2009. Ms. Love has mediation, negotiation and client counsel training from several law schools, she is also a certified mediator in the state of Georgia. Prior to joining Meriwether and Tharp Ms. Love worked for a midsized law firm where she was exposed many different legal issues.

Ms. Love’s involvement in family law includes divorce, child support and custody, contempt, legitmation, paternity, modification and actions involving the Family Violence Act. Ms. Love’s background in business litigation allows her to analyze financial statements and business documents in her family law cases, having the ability to analyze business transactions and financial statements have proven to be crucial in cases involving large marital estates and family business. Ms. Love’s first approach to resolving family law disputes is to find a collaborative solution, however when necessary she’s willing to fiercely defend the rights and protect her clients through litigation.
